I spent 32 years not liking the person God created and trying to run from the experiences He blessed me with only to find that they have all been finely woven together for a divine purpose that my understanding, or even acceptance of, was not an integral part of the equation. Only recognizing that God doesn’t make junk, THAT is my job. Am I to be a writer, a teacher, a woman of impact… a baker… a candlestick maker? Who cares? I AM knows and so to rest in the I AM is to BE what He designed me to be at any given moment. How do I accomplish His purposes here on earth? Where do I fit into His plan? How do I strive to do God’s word more effectively? O little lamb, it has nothing to do with you but with Him. There is no I in TEAM when God is the coach. So why do we struggle to please Him? Beloved, He is pleased. You are His creation to begin with. He doesn’t make junk to be ill-pleased with. From He who is perfect can come no imperfect thing.
