While doing this study, I realized that my identity was being tied to my physical image. I realized that the world tells us that we "lack" certain things when Christ tells us that we lack no thing. I really started to dig deeper into who He says I am, and I started on a journey of peeling back the layers that keep us all 'behind our masks'.
